How do I get the hammer I am stuck in Stardust Fields Beanbean side don't no what to do or where to go I have tried everything can't get out HELP PLEASE

Isen't stardust fields the place you crash because if it is then you just need to go ahead and follow the path until you get to the hammer bros. and play just jump rope. You don't need the hammer you get the hammer later when you're on hoohoo Mt. or something werid like that
