Hi I am near the sign to the surfing spot but I cant find the hammers that can break the blck rocks!! Please help me!

First you have to get all of the beanstar pieces then use Luigi's thunder hand on an orb to open a gate and fallow a path to a cave were you will find the hammer head bros.
You need to use Luigi's thunder hand,the ultra hammers and the Beanstar pieces.
