Is there any trick to beating the christmas tree hermit?
I literally sat there fighting him for an hour before I cracked it and turned the game off.

It took me awile to but the trick is to make luigi use his hand powers and mario use his bros. Attacks and when those run out use your hammer.also when hermie goes in his shell use marios hand attack to burn the tree. Thats it and good luck
