Question for Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga

I got the hand powers and I need to know how to get the first bean star piece.

I am stuck underwater and I need to get to the jellyfish sisters underwater.

Please help !

The sisters are not underwater.They are in Gwargar lagoon.
