I'm 99% through the game, I have every item, I've pulled every lever, who knows how to get the last percent?

I've also got all the buttons... do I have to go through every door? Do I have to beat the mini-games?

When youre on the type of map where each room is a red or yellow square, make sure that every room in every area is flashing yellow. A room is red if you've never been there, yellow if youve been there and still need to unlock something, and flashing if youve done everything in that room. Once you do that, you get 100%, and you unlock the boss endurance level in the minigames section.
