She doesn't die. Nor does anyone in Mineral Town. Except, of course, your chickens, cows and sheep.
She does die after you give her the white flower, but I don't know when is it.
She does die, correction. She does die. Lol
It's in year 5 you have to be friends with her once you give her the flower something happens and she dies. Not your fault she was just old and sick after all.
