I want to trigger the blue heart event for Ann and Cliff but I'm in muy 4th year and I don't know how to do it, please, tell me.

Well you were suppose to trigger it at the Inn on a Saturday the second year. Try going to the Inn at 11:00 am on a sunny day and see if that triggers the event. I'm not sure but there might be a chance you can still trigger the event. Though I've never had to try to trigger a heart after the said date before.
