Requirements to get a "Cursed" tool:
1.get ALL of your tools to mythril level
2. ....yeah actually thats it :P
After you make all of you tools to mythril heres the place where you will get cursed tools:
In the winter mine floor:
1.floor 29, cursed fishing rod
2.floor 39, cursed hoe
3.floor 49, cursed axe
4.floor 59, cursed hammer (this is your destination)
5.floor 69, cursed watering can
6.floor 79, cursed sickle
Good luck finding them...I mean Cursed luck for finding them ^-^

(be sure to give them gifts at this time, they will like your gifts 500% more than usual, and vice versa if you give them what they hate, they will hate you 5 times more than usual)
