Where can I buy the shopping master?., and what is the "Whack-a-mole game ??.., plzz help me

To get the Shopping Master, you must link to Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, a Gamecube game. Then another merchant by the name of Van will arrive at the Inn every so often and set up shop upstairs. Randomly (anytime, you do not need to link to Gamecube) in the mail you will receive a letter sayign you won a raffle. Your prize is called "Van's Favortie". Bring that to Van and he will show special items, all very expensive (one million gold), in there is the Shopping Master along with other items.
Whack-A-Mole is when you are using your hoe in the field and a mole pops out of the ground. If you're quick enough and equip your hammer, you can hit it before in hides back in the ground.
