If you want to get pregnant your character should be married. Your character will then give birth three seasons later. For example, if you married in Fall 7, your pregnancy will be announced in Winter 7 and you will give birth in Spring 7.

Why yes i got pregnant and its Summer 23 it mean i should give birh in winter but i did not and in Spring still nothing!Guest answered:
It acually takes 4 seasons because I got married spring 13 and it's winter 10th and I havent had my baby yet so usually 4 season

A season after you've gotten married, you will feel sick and go to the doctors. Doctor will then announce that you're pregnant. The baby should come 3-4 (I'm not sure 3 or 4?) seasons later.

Actually I got married on Fall 7th and was Pregnant on Winter 7th. But Now it's spring 7th, and I have not given birth yet. Which means you have to wait 60 days. Something like that.
It would've been only 32 days @comment #2! If it was from Winter 7th-Spring 7th is only 32 days. You need 60 days till the baby is born. So it'll be from winter 7th to around Summer 7th-10th or 12th day your baby will be born maybe.. Or around 18th.. Since I can't count if I don't ave and actually calendar for MFoMT.

Actually it is stated on the official website of harvest moon - fogu.com that you have to wait 1 season after your marriage to be pregnant 2 season to finally give birth and 2 season to let your baby grow older. Hope this helps
