how do u get the blacksmith to make the makers 4 u? i have the stones but the options rnt up there. help please?

often times the blacksmith will tell you that you can't make something even if you have the stones, because you have not leveled your character up with that tool yet. He will not make something new for you until you can draw your tool back until you make a little "x" over the characters head. You must use your tool like this for sometime until the black smith is satisfied that you have mastered your tool at that level before you can level it up. He calls it experience.
makers can be an option at the blacksmiths after you have upgraded your cow shed, it worked for me anyways.
