MIssed Heart Event?

I currently have Cliff at yellow heart, but have missed his blue heart event. Do I have to lower his heart level? I've been trying to do that by giving him stuff he hates, but he's still on yellow heart. Help?

No. You don't necessarily need to lower his heart color.

I don't think that you have to lower his heart level. I think that it can't be done, too.
