Maybe you don't buy all the items in the tv shopping network or you don't get all construction in your house so get working and earn money!!!!
Make sure you're house is upgraded all the way,you have everything off of the shopping network. Also avoid cliff and ann events like the plague ann's last event is in year 4 so you have some time oh yeah the blue feather has to be in the store and you have to buy it too even marry cliff. Also give cliff some time and give him stuff because it takes him a while to accept you're proposal b/c he's shy awww so cute! ^_^
