You get your wife pregnant (lol) by giving a gift every day, and in EXACTLY a month she should tell you to bring her to the clinic. As for the second question, I have no sweet clue.
To get your wife pregnant, give her a gift she likes for about a month, about one month after you marry, in the morning she will ask you to take her to the Clinic, two months later,your baby will be born.
About the second question, I don't know but you can't talk or give gifts to your son, about another month later you can start giving your son gifts.
