If the heart of the girl you like turned Red, check in the supermarket and in the wrapping corner it will change to a blue feather used to propose (applicated only if the heart of a girl is red).
Once a girl's heart turned orange, you can already buy a Blue Feather from the supermarket. But you cannot use it yet unless the bachelorette's heart is red.
