It seems that you either took my advice in my last submission, or you just asked a friend. Nether the less, I can help you now. Here is an easy way to get through the whirlpools. First you should know that spinning around a volcano three times stops all currents for a short time.
One: Go north through whirlpools to first volcano. Spin around volcano three times then go north past current north.
Two: Go northeast to second volcano. Spin around volcano three times then cross north river.
Three: Go west to third volcano. Spin around three times then cross river to the south.
Four: Keep going south to fourth volcano. Spin around three times then cross river to the south.
Five: South to fifth volcano. Spin around three times then cross river to the west.
Six: Go northwest to sixth volcano. Spin around three times then cross river to the north.
PS: Save at the last volcano. There is a boss battle with Poseidon. In battle, use the Trident to break his force field. This only needs to be done once in the battle.
Good luck! (He is easy to beat so don't worry)
You just take your ship and spin around the volcanoes until the currents disappear.
It takes a bit of practice the first time so don't worry.
And, a fun way to learn the trick instead of having to read a long list of instructions is to listen to the songs of the children in Yallam.
