Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

I have 3 questions to ask:

1) What job should I train Montblanc into at start
2)Are there any secret/special weapons in the game other than Materia blade?
3)Fighter and Paladin, which one is better?

Here are the answers;

1)You should probably train Montblanc as a Black Mage at first since his stats support being one.
2)There are plenty of special weapons such as Excalibur 2 as prizes from missions. You can also steal a hidden Scorpion Tail in the same mission as the Materia Blade.
3)It depends on your strategy, a Fighter is better for offense and a Paladin is better for defense.

1. Id get him to a juggler and have him learn smile because that would really help your main guy or any other high lvl person in your clan to move first so that you can get rid of all the weak enemies.
2. The only ones I know are Excalibur2, and Nagarock.
3. Paladin is better because if you have a high lvl paladin with high attack that knows holy blade you would do like 800+ damage.

All mythril items are rare except the blade and knife I got those on my third day of playing.
