How do you master tecniques?

To master a teciques all you need to do is use that clan member in an engagment and just have that character attack and gain experience.
NOTE: to see how long it will take before u master a tecnique push START and go to the Party option then choose that character you want and select the Pick Abillities option then push R to see if you have mastered a technique or not.
To master a tecnique, you must win missions and get AP points. When you get the amount of AP points listed next to the item when you press "r" you master a tecnique. You can check how many AP points you have on that tecnique by pressing "r" when you are in the pick abilities section of the character info.
