You get them in clan fights.

You have to beat other clans in the clan wars. They are rare so keep on fighting!!!

I once got a Mythril Item from 'Trade Items'. I link and trade items often with my friend, although I can't remember what conditions (number of links, which shop, etc.)made me get that item. Just thought i'd say that it happened!
