I have personally beat the game the first time, so this isn't a general question, but I still have the fey blade mission left and I need a BLOOD APPLE, and I was wondering any chance I can still get another one?

Yes you can, you will have to do a series of missions in order to get it though. Don't ask me which missions, but yes you can get it.
