HOW DO YOU GET INTO CASTLE PALAMECIA?!?!?!? I have been trying for like, ever!!!!

Fly over the castle. Now, go up a couple scapes and decend.

You must fly directly above the top spire of Castle Palamecia, then press up once. Try to land and you should be able to enter the tower. If not, you might have to fly your airship a little north of the castle in order to enter.
