The first important thing to use Spirit Bomb is to set your Ki for 100%. Then go at the top most screen and press R+A+B all together.
All you have to do is fill your energy up to full then fly above your opponent then press R B A at the same time and there you go.

To make a spirit bom you have to be at 100% ki and above the victim an hold R and the AB button
