Ok it is simple.
After you've got the DragonBall that is located in Thieves Den (The Island of the Thieves) you ask for your wish to shen long in Kami's Toser.
Then you come back to Thieves Den with a Bandana equipped and ask for the Black Market to one of the thieves in the back home And he will let you get in. In that Market you can Buy a lot of food and beverages that you cannot find outside. Even Turkeys.
