The best places to train are Barren Wasteland or Nataday village but in nataday village you have to be a fusion to get in.
The perfect place to train is the place just before babadi's spaceship.
Go to barenn wasteland and put on the heaviest boots and armbands
1ton > 2ton > 10 > 20 > 50 > 100 > kiloton
