Hello people. I was just wondering does anybody know how to get the levels up for the attacks such as the kahmaha

You just have to keep playing and they will level up as your player levels up
Ya, first you have to level up to lv 75, then you level up at lv 100 and so on. You level them up at certain levels.
Each character's attacks go up one every 25 levels. The order is simple, 75, 100, 125, 150 and that's all. The kamehameha attacks go up at 100 and 150, but the other attacks go up at 75 and 125. Hope this helps!
