First complte the elite 4 then go to the sky pillar for those of you who don't know where it is fly to pacifilog town then keep surfing up till you get to the rocks then surf to the right keep going till you get to a part where you can go up go in then you should come to a tower go in and go to the top and thats you remember to save it before you battle him

PS.you also need the mach bike to get through th cracks
