Ok this doesnt need a gameshark or AR nor is it a glitch

Ok on mirage island (if you ever get there) by the rare berry plant use the item finder and start pressing A until you pick something up it will be a masterball if not a masterball is still on the island just not where you checked just use the item finder again.
