How to find KYOGRE

After beating the Pokemon league, go to fortree city, then go to the weather station. Talk to the man on the 2nd floor(he gave you a castform) he will tell you that a storm in on route 125. Fly to mossdeep city. Then surf to route 125 which is right above mossdeep. Go north-east until you see a dive spot. Dive. Follow the path south until you see a door, go through it. You will now be in Marine Cave, go up and you will see a door. Go through it. The cave is fogged so go left,down,right,down,left you will see Kyogre sitting there, go infront of him, he will come down to meet you and the battle starts. GO ALL OUT ON HIM, HES A HARD CASE
