1. first go to battle frontier (after you beat the elite 4)

2. go to the battle tower

3.deposit the pokemon in to the computer in box 9 (with 4 other pokemon)

4.save the game

5.turn off console

6.turn it back on

7.withdraw the pokemon

8.go to the woman nearist

9.take the challenge

10.pick the pokemon you put in to box 9 and any other one u want

11.when she says save say yes then overwrite when it is saving turn it off

12. turn it back on and the save will be corrupted

13. when you load there will be the pokemon in your team and box 9
