You must beat the elite first.After that go to the weather illusion(the place near fortree and the place you got castform).Go up stairs,go ask the professor he will track the weather.And he will say that he track some things.Go to the place he tracked.He will trackked krogue first and groudon the second.

Krogue:

go to the place he track.You will saw some diving place that usually isn't there.Dive in go to the mystic cave.Dive up,go find krogue at there.Make sure there got mist and prepare some ultra ball and some diving ball becuase it is easy to catch.

Groudon:

GO back to the weather illusion,ask the professor again.He will track some place.GO to the tracked place.

You will see a ussully aren't theres hole.If it is at route 115 go in the cave that got whismer that cave.Go left not the place you gonna rock smash.Under it.GO out the cave.You will found a cave.Inside got grodon,got mist also.If it's at route 116,then i'm not sure but you can just restart the saved game to change the place to route 155.This time prepare more ultra ball and repeat ball.
