Go to the bottle grotto and there should be a room with ghosts in it. Use your magic powder in the pits. They should light up then the ghost turn black and you hit them with your sword and they blow up. Then a chest comes down it should have the glove in it!!

Umm for the new one you need to just get a chest in a room with a sucky thingy
