Where is the card key in silph co?

There is one person in silph co. That when you beat him, I think when it's out of the battle he says " oh no I dropped the card key!" and theres a pokeball next to him, press A when your facing it, and voila you got one card key!. If it says you have no room for this item, or something like that, then you need to toss some items in the items bit in the start menu then you can get the card key and get to the elavator, and I would reccomend healing your Pokemon a bit and going to the 4th floor as then you battle jessie,meouth and james and go north and you battle givionni (who , for people who don't know is the leader of team rocket) who then, if you win gives you the silph scope(kinda) and you can then go to the Pokemon graveyard and see the,as it previosly said "ghosts" in there Pokemon forms. By the way, this anwser is for the team rocket hideout that is found by pressing the switch behind the poster at team rockets game corner, if it's not the anwser for the place your thinking of well sorry,but I havent reached that place at the time of anwsering,and I hope this awnser helps.bye!.
