Pokémon yellow on game boy keeps crashing when I try to withdraw Pokémon

So in Pokémon yellow on game boy when I have deposited Pokémon to bills P.C, it has occasionally deleted the Pokémon’s name, which hasn’t really effected the game, but now when I try to withdraw Pokémon with no name or with a weird symbol, the game just shuts down. I have put in so much time into this game and have almost finished it, but now all my strong Pokémon are inaccessible. Can someone please help!?

I was just messing around and testing things and came across a solution. I had a Pokemon that I was carrying who's name disappeared. When I try to deposit him into bills PC the game would crash. The same thing happened for any Pokemon that was stored on bills PC whose name had disappeared. When trying to withdraw them the game would crash as well. So the Pokemon that I was carrying I moved him to the top of my list and then went back to bills PC and I was able to deposit him and then was able to withdraw a different Pokemon whose name had disappeared without the game crashing. This may have been luck but it worked for me and continue to work when I follow that procedure.
