Question for Pokemon Gold

I have 249 Pokemon but I can't get a kingdra, I tried trading with dragon fang but it doesnt work, can someone tell me how to get a kingdra?

You need to use the dragon scale instead of the dragon rock .

For starters, you're going about getting Kingdra the wrong way. Dragon Fang is the item you need to get before Claire gives you that last badge, right? It only powers up Dragon-type moves and isn't of any use if attached to Seada and traded, as you've probably found out. What you need is Dragon Scale, which is found in Mt. Mortar, between Ecruteak City and Mahogany Town. If you look at all the answers in the Pokemon Gold/Silver section, I think you will find numerous answers which give the specific cave entrance to use and how to get to the Dragon Scale. Once you've found this item, attach it to a Seadra and trade it and Seadra will then evolve into a Kingdra. This is all you need for obtaining a Kingdra.

You need to give the dragon fang to Horsea NOT Seadra if this doesn't work then keep leveling it up.

You need to trade a seadra with dragonscale but it's too bad if you've already gave it to Mr Pokemon to get an exp. Share.

I belive you have to trade Kingdra while it's holding Dargon Scale or Dragon Claw. What other pokemon are you missingno?

You say you have 249 pokemon?
You can get the diploma from the man in celadon mansion!
But you have Mew or celebi and your don�t have it, but only the 249 other Pokemon
Go to the celadon mansion and get the diploma!!!
