The Safari Zone can't be opened because of Nintendo didn't realize "Glitch City". They could've just not allowed people to save inside the Zone. There are NO Orange Islands in the game. I'm 100% positive.

The Wardon Is On Vacation
If The Orange Islands Were In The Game, How Would You Beat There Gym Leaders, Not By Battling With Most Of Them, Thats For Sure(The People That Have Seen The Orange League On Pokemon The Cartoon Series Would Know What Im Saying Wouldnt Ya)
