I don't think you can unless you mess up on codes with a Gameshark.

Yes me i catch missingno in pokemon gold i have two missingno at the day care (im new in here too)

Ratsonerblesk (dont ask). Beat the eighth gym then talk to all the gym leaders 20 times in order.

The next Pokemon you see is ratsonerblesk.

They are there the glitch pokemon but only if we cheat

I caught it with gameshark on a emulator and it was level 0 I instantly ran when I did I was trapped in a glitch city.
