Question for Pokemon Gold

What the hell is Teru-sama?! I got this item as a result of a glitch I got in my game... look in the cheats section for my explaination of the glitch, called "Teru-sama SUPERGLITCH".

Please!!!! Is this Japanese or something? It won't do anything! I've tryed to use it and give it to Pokemon to hold, but nothing works!!

Also, to my glitch, what item goes in the spaces beyond the cancel option that say nothing and have a description of "?"? I mean, I can't use it, and when I attach it to my Pokemon, it disappears!!!!

Have the item "Teru-Sama" in my Pokemon Silver version.

I got it by using a Gameshark code. The Teru-Sama is actually the Japanese version of the GS Ball, which lets you capture Celebi in Ilex Forest.

Since I already had Celebi, I didn't try the code with the GS Ball. What I've heard is that you go to a Pokemon Center (I'm not sure which town it is in) and one of the Prof.'s assistants should be there.

Talk to him and he will take the GS Ball from you.

The next day he will give it back to you. Then, go to the Ilex Forest and walk up to the shrine and press "A".

The normal Pokemon Battle music should playand you will encounter a level 5(?) Celebi.

I haven't tried the code out, and I think its only supposed to work on the Japanese version but I'm not sure.

Hope this helps!"

Teru-Sama is not a GS Ball, but rather the place holder data for empty items.

For example, there are 255 item slots (The item slots are stored in 1 byte minimum, 00-FF, which have values of 0-255. All the empty slots are given the name Teru-Sama, because Game Freak decided ljkl;►|| looked bad as an item name.

Its a hidden item like the strange souvenir that dipicts that there will be a future Pokemon game about the sky, which came true in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky and Pokemon emerald to some extent.
