How do you unlock Goku SSJ3 and Vegeta Majin?

To get Majin Vegeta when you fight him lose against him with SSJ2 Goku and it wont say he is unlocked but when you do that he will be unlocked. To get SSJ3 Goku unlock all of the characters.
Get all dbz characters.
