5 July 2013 - The Interwebs - Farmville 2 is experiencing major issues in server-side account records and recording game play progress.

A notice posted by the admins at Zynga prominantly in the game play window of Farmville 2 puts players on notice that they are aware of the problems that are being experienced by players and that they are working hard to correct them.

The official notice reads:

“FarmVille 2 is currently experiencing technical difficulties that have resulted in some Farmers losing game progress. Please know that this was unintentional and we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused and we want to thank you for your continued patience and understanding.”

The problems being reported include (but may not be limited to) the following according to players:

• Character not being rendered or appearing as invisible.
  
• The game play window not fully loading / not loading.
  
• Game saves not taking.
  
• Crafted items not being credited to quests or missions.
  
• Mission and Quest progress not being saved from session to session.
  
• Empty Error Messages pop up and the game window restarts.
  
• Horse Training Month Missions not completing.
