You need to have all the weapon upgrades activated at the same time. You won't be able to unlock this achievement/trophy during your first run because there isn't enough cash in one playthrough to buy everything. If you collect the cash that respawns in New Game Plus you will be able to gather enough to buy whatever you have got left to get.
How do you get the Pew Pew Die Achievement/Trophy?
You need to kill at least 30 enemies with each electrically-augmented firearm. The electrically-augmented firearms are:
- Blaster
- Railgun
- Amped Bolts
- Death Ray
- Boom Eternal
- Lightning Tornado
