To get infinite money and every single item and move get the phoenix mirror and take it to the fortune teller, ask for it in this order:

It will waste a lot of money but its worth it, after that her crystal ball will turn blue and show the dragon mirror, she will walk out and return as a chinese man in robes, he will ask to see the mirror, after he tries to take it he will want to fight you beat him and voila!

(he's very very hard though, i recommend that you keep using elbow assault and twin palm waves good luck!)
