Pumpkin seeds can be found in the Old Church area. You can follow the way-marker to get there. Enter the church and go to the alter. You will see some purple earth behind the alter, break through it. Below it, you will find four chests containing 20 Pumpkin seeds. After collecting these, you can get the remaining 10 by following the dog.
