When you begin Cozy Grove the island will be quite small but as you progress in the game completing the tasks the ghosts give you it will become much bigger. On the first you will find yourself limited as to what you can do as there will only be a few ghosts and a couple of tools. Once all the tasks the ghosts offer have been completed you will not be able to advance any further in the game that day and will need to wait for the next day to commence. You can however still gather items and sell them during this waiting period. This basically means you have daily limitations and the more you progress through the game the more ghosts will become unlocked and the more tasks you will have to complete. It also means new tools will become unlocked which will allow you to do more types of gathering each day.
