Bully (or Canis Canem Edit as it is called in England - Latin for Dog Eat Dog) is basically Grand Theft Auto in a school! You are Jimmy Hopkins a 15 year old thug whose mum has just remarried a guy you hate and you have been sent to Bullworth Academy - a boarding school - while they are on their honeymoon for a year.
The graphics are better than the previous GTA games and are very good for a game made by Rockstar Vancouver! The faces of children at the school are well made as well as the people in surrounding Old Bullworth Vale, Bullworth Town, New Coventry and Blue Skies Industrial Park.
Every character at school, teachers, townspeople and police have their own voice (it takes up ages in the credits) so there is diversity. But the same phrases do come up often which can get very annoying. On the other hand, Jimmy has hundreds of different phrases and you do not get bored of them so quickly.
The gameplay is simple go to lessons (to begin with complete them all then you don't have to do the later), beat up people, find things and complete missions. But don't get me wrong it may not sound it but it is one the most enjoyable games to play I have ever brouhgt! It's not as time consuming as San Andreas but it stil has enough to make it a great game!
The missions are easy, there is no doubt about it. I only had difficult on about 2 of them and didnt even take a hit in the final fight! But after you conplete the main mission there are still the side missions, errands, bike races, go kart races, clothes to buy, rubber bands to collect, G&G cards to collect, Radio Transistor Peices to find and ultimatley people to beat up! All give you more unlockables and bonuses that are needed for 100% completion!
Overall this game is well made and is fun to play! If you are looking for a game that you can spend hours on messing around and hurting people on then buy it but if you want a game which is more complicated and less to do then do not buy it because the missions are easy but the collectibles take time!
