Go to Cumberland Bay at the northwestern area. Dock at the beach side to start the mission. Turn on Eagle vision and tag the enemy. The target is is walking back and forth on some northern ledges. Take care of him when he becomes non-suspicious and vulnerable.
* Mission Name: The Slave Master
* Mission Area: Ile a Vache
* Rewards: 1000
Head to Tortuga for this mission. Go to the northern areas and climb atop the manor house. Turn on Eagle Vision here and locate the target in the courtyard behind you. Simply execute an air assassination on the enemy from the end of the rooftop.
