How to Find Eldegoss, the Soft and Fluffy Pokemon

Local Concerns in Detective Pikachu Returns are side quests that you can choose to take on during the game. During The Fabled Aurora case in Detective Pikachu Returns when you are exploring the Southern Ruins you will cross paths with the Quiz Professor and her Toucannon.

Like previously she will have three questions for you to answer. The third of these questions ask you to hunt down a Pokemon that is 'soft and fluffy all over'. This How to Find Eldegoss, the Soft and Fluffy Pokemon guide will tell you what you need to do.

There are numerous fluffy Pokemon in the National Dex but the one you need to find is the Gen 8 grass-type called Eldegoss. To locate this Pokemon in Detective Pikachu Returns you have to start at the Southern Ruins and proceed leftward until you eventually come across an archway and a dirt hill that leads up to the ruins.

If you ignore this and continue heading left you will eventually encounter Eldegoss floating in the air just left of the tree that has no Berries on it. Approach the floating Edlegoss and initiate a conversation with it, Tim will then comment that 'Edlegoss has got to be the answer to the quiz professor's question'.

Now that you have the answer to the Quiz Professor's question you need to return to her to mark the completion of her Local Concern quiz. You will not receive any reward for answering the question correctly.
