PlayStation 4 Pro out now

The latest console design from Sony hits the shops today in the US and other countries. With many people joining the midnight launch event in New York and in many other locations. Listed by Sony as 'the worlds most powerful console', for the time being at least, the Pro features Dynamic 4K gaming and 4K entertainment, Faster Frame Rates and HDR technology.

Intensely vibrant gameplay, stunningly sharp movies and incredible detail in every moment. Games explode into life with intense graphics and incredibly lifelike details thanks to double the GPU power under the hood compared to the standard PS4. Action becomes faster, smoother and more explosive with crystal-clear movement from faster and more stable frame rates.

If you have an HDR TV, certain PS4 games will now be able to deliver stunningly vibrant and more lifelike colours. Experience HDR gaming on PS4 and PS4 Pro, starting with The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and inFAMOUS First Light from 10 November 2016.
