Breach the door and kill the guards outside, including the reinforcements that will arrive via vehicle. Once the breach sequence ends, take cover and engage more enemies. Take out the snipers on the wall then move from cover to cover until you reach the crash site.

After reaching Rios, pick up the shield nearby and move ahead the gun fire, while taking out enemies along the way. After destroying the technical, engage the remaining enemies ahead to clear the gates. Once done, proceed inside to complete the section.
