Is there a cheat code that can be entered to make a car go faster and have better acceleration?

Then why if you select a ghost race on a time trial does the car leave you standing in it dust while you have the max upgrade. It has nothing to do with skill when it is on a straight away

There is a difference somehow regardless of max upgrades. There should not be a 7 second difference in time trials at Melbourne if you are maxed out and run a clean lapLightGod225 answered:
Yes, that guy who say no is wrong there's a way to make your car faster, but I don't know it will works for you or you won't like it. The is answer is use any type of strategies and tactics even if means to cheat (remember there will be others players do the same against you)

Ride height tweaking of all your cars is also necassary guys...gotta get them to the right height for wind draft ect ect...these cars run like real cars...gotta treat them like real cars

When you get close to a turn wait til every one starts slowing down then go on the inside as you brake ( upgraded brakes required )

I was just racing in a tournament online and a guy caught me and never should have. Once he did (Mt Panorama) he did something that made his car go sideways on the down hill part after making the corner and you need to be braking. Hit the wall at full speed. The car jumped up in the air, landed and I never came any closer to him.
That’s just one example. There are cheats.

In time trials I've noticed some unexperienced players (with Turkish aliases) post record times that were obviously inserted artificially, as they were with the lowest PR cars and way faster than the regular champs in the most advanced cars.
In the ghost challenge I crossed the finish line ahead of the cheater and still got to be 2nd in the resulting times comparison.

I know of one legitimate way, which is when an accomplce hits another from behind, almost instantly pushing the one in front to its full speed limit.
