Oke,I'm still building up to striker tech,using turbo+ now but my setup is
28-40-22-10-5 and I freaking love it!

First of all you need to do the upgrade like that
13.31.0.0.0
Go to skills and equipped turbo
Finale use Katherine as pilot with all skills

Fast Reload is a fun “equipped” option for the Invader during battle. My final step to activate completed a few hours ago.

You’ll have to equip the prerequisite first: Science Ops, Research Ops, Squad, Armor, and finally “Fast Reload+.” The last option, Fast Reload+ costs 5,000 Skill Points to access it, then another 18 hours to Activate.

Sadly, though equipped, it stop functioning during a battle. I’m trying to find a reason for this now dormant function.

True enough you get to shoot much more quickly when equipped than when it’s unequipped, but my average number of kills has gone from 7-8, to the mid to high teens (14-18).

During game play, if you can, grab the power up icon, to shoot even faster (for a brief period of time).
